Friday's Fabulous Find: Brides...Need a Creative Way to De-Stress?

I Introduce to you:

Live Music and Yoga by Candle Light!

A project of the Spaces and Places

Learn how to relax and be present not only during your wedding planning but on the day of your wedding.

There are so many ways yoga can benefit your body, mind and soul!

So what are you waiting for....

Take a class with Naomi Horri and Jeremy Price.

Naomi teaches an all-levels-friendly Ashtanga-inspired flow yoga while Jeremy performs the live music. The two aspects of their yoga space make for a unique, mind-stretching workout.

Ashtanga yoga is based on a sequence of strengthening, body-warming postures that bring together breath and movement. The postures help the body generate heat naturally. You can expect to move awareness inward and feel de-stressed, especially after a long, heavy relaxation posture at the end of the practice.

Classes are at Beaumont Artist Studios at 5th Ave and Alberta St. just East of Cambie. Classes are drop in, every Thursday, at 6:00pm-7:15pm and cost a suggested donation of $10.
